Working principle

After the dust containing gas enters the dust collector, it first passes through the guide plate to evenly distribute the airflow and guide it to the filter bag chamber. In the filter bag chamber, dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and purified gas is discharged through the pores of the filter bag. As the dust removal process progresses, the dust on the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, leading to an increase in the resistance of the filter bag. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the pulse cleaning system starts working. The explosion-proof electromagnetic pulse valve controls the injection of compressed air, causing the filter bag to produce instantaneous vibration and deformation, thereby shaking off the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag.
