Working principle

The working principle of the pulse type bag filter is as follows: the dusty gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector, and the airflow is evenly distributed into each filter bag chamber through the guide plate. Dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, while purified gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the clean air chamber and air outlet. After a certain amount of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, it is cleaned by a pulse blowing system. Compressed air is rapidly sprayed from the blowing hole of the blowing pipe in a very short period of time, inducing several times the amount of air to enter the filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate, thereby shaking off the dust to the ash hopper.

Structural composition

The main components of a pulse type bag filter include:

Filter bag: The core component is made of various materials such as polyester fiber, polyacrylonitrile, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., and is selected according to the nature of the dust being processed and temperature conditions.

Pulse blowing system: including pulse valve, blowing pipe, and compressed air source, controlling the injection of compressed air and evenly distributing it to each filter bag for dust cleaning.

Ash hopper: used to collect dust shaken off from filter bags, with an ash unloading device at the bottom for regular cleaning.

Box body: divided into filter chamber and clean air chamber, it plays a supporting and sealing role, ensuring the separation of dust containing gas and purified gas.
