Working principle and structure

The working principle of the yellow sand dryer mainly utilizes heat conduction and convective heat transfer. Working process

The working process of the yellow sand dryer is mainly divided into four stages: loading, drying, unloading, and cleaning:

Loading: Place the material into the feeding port and transport it to the drying room through the conveying device.

Drying: Start the heat source to heat the yellow sand to a certain temperature, and transfer the heat to the surface of the material through convection and conduction, causing it to evaporate moisture.

Unloading: When the material reaches the predetermined dryness level, stop the heat source, wait for the yellow sand to cool naturally, and then remove the material from the unloading port through the conveying device.

Cleaning: Clean and maintain the entire equipment to ensure its effectiveness and safety for future use.
