Therefore, in order to prevent a series of problems caused by blockage, we need to do something. If the problem of blockage is not taken seriously, it will cause the cow three drum dryer equipment to go from normal production to shutdown, seriously affecting production efficiency. Therefore, in order to avoid the problem of blockage, we need to do the following to ensure that our three drum dryer equipment can operate quickly and smoothly.

Three tube dryer is equipped with monitoring imaging equipment: the correct installation of the dryer can timely observe the drying status position, and then the drying status is transmitted to the central control room monitoring machine, so that the operator can grasp the drying status and discover it in a timely manner; Choosing the appropriate filter for a three tube dryer: the impurities in the feed solution of the filter, the selection of the filter mesh, and the diameter of the inlet channel and microporous filter mesh of the three tube dryer are usually 0.2 times the size of the cow manure dryer inlet channel or pore.

3. Selection of dust collector for three tube dryer! Due to the fine particles and light density of fly ash, it is easy to be carried away by the airflow under negative pressure after drying, resulting in changes in the fluid medium, and the dust containing gas has a high moisture content. Therefore, the selection of the dust collector for the dryer should be based on the above process conditions.
