In severe cases, the heat exchanger may be scrapped, causing significant losses.

To thoroughly solve this problem, the following aspects must be achieved:

1、 The heat exchanger of the hot blast stove in the three tube quartz sand dryer equipment should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly every time. Based on experience, it is not necessary to clean the heat exchanger tubes when they are completely cooled. It is easier to clean them at the allowed temperature, and it may be considered to clean them first and then the next group.

2、 Before cleaning, try not to pour water into the ash pit of the heat exchanger to accelerate cooling, as the water vapor generated by pouring water will make it difficult to remove the attachments on the heat exchange tubes.

3、 When replacing the hot air stove exchanger in the sand dryer equipment, it is recommended to appropriately thicken the tubes of the latter set of heat exchangers. Because the flue gas temperature of the latter group of heat exchanger tubes is lower, it is easy to adhere smoke and dust, and it is not easy to remove.

4、 In addition, when selecting coal sources, we should try to choose those with better quality.
