The installed drum dryer should be tested for no less than 4 hours. If any abnormal situations occur during the testing operation, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. After the trial run is completed, tighten all connecting bolts again, check and replenish the oil, and test the load after the test returns to normal.

Then, before load testing the drum dryer, each auxiliary equipment should undergo a single air test. After successful independent testing of the three drum dryer, it will be transferred to joint testing. Ignite the hot air oven dryer for preheating, while turning on the dryer. Do not rotate the cylinder to prevent it from bending. Gradually add the wet material to the dryer according to the preheating conditions, and gradually increase the feed amount based on the moisture content of the discharged material. There is a preheating process for the dryer, and the hot air stove should also have a preheating process to prevent sudden ignition. Prevent local overheating and uneven thermal expansion and damage. The fuel combustion value, insulation quality of each component, moisture content of wet materials, and uniformity of feed rate affect the quality of dried products and fuel consumption.

Therefore, making each component as good as possible is an effective way to improve economic efficiency. Under working conditions, the roller frame should be filled with cooling water. All lubricating components should be lubricated in a timely manner. When stopping, the hot air stove should be turned off first, and the dryer should continue to rotate until it cools down to near outdoor temperature. Do not park at high temperatures to prevent cylinder bending and deformation. If there is a sudden power outage, immediately turn off the hot air stove, stop feeding, and rotate the cylinder half a circle every 15 minutes until the cylinder cools down. This procedure should be handled with caution and professionalism. Violating this procedure will cause the cylinder to bend. Severe bending of the cylinder can hinder the normal operation of the drum dryer.
