Based on the properties and specific conditions of the drying material, design a suitable lifting device and determine the appropriate shape and layout to ensure the hot air heat exchange of the materials inside the machine. At present, most of the internal lifting devices of rotary dryers in China adopt ordinary arc-shaped lifting plates, which have the characteristics of simple structure and strong adaptability to materials. However, the dispersion of the material is low and the uniformity is poor, which cannot form an ideal material curtain. In addition, some grid type lifting plates are also used, which can make the lifting part more uniform. However, the lifting plate is prone to deformation and weld cracking when heated, and it is not easy to clean and maintain, especially not suitable for drying large viscous materials. The new combination type lifting plate has a large lifting angle and good material scattering performance. The three tube quartz sand dryer can optimize the combination of the new lifting plate structure according to the different drying areas of the material in the dryer, combined with production practice. By reasonably adjusting the stopping time of the material in the dryer, it can achieve accelerated drying, constant speed drying, and reduced speed drying stages of the material in the dryer, greatly increasing the speed and intensity of water evaporation, which is a key measure to improve the output of the dryer.
